Delete your social login data

Removing a Facebook, Instagram, or LinkedIn connection

1. Open Settings → Your social accounts in your Option AI space.
2. Locate the relevant account name and choose Disconnect from Option AI.
3. Pending posts for this account are canceled, and its encrypted authorization is cleared from the connection vault. A post already in progress cannot be recalled.

You can also remove the app within the business integrations of Facebook or authorized apps of LinkedIn. This action is done directly on the social network. Option AI never asks for your social media password.

Disconnecting does not delete publications already posted on the network, nor your drafts and files prepared in Option AI. Test containers or media already transmitted to the network also follow that network's rules.

Requesting the deletion of associated data

In your account, open My data, requests, and account closure from settings, then make a deletion request. You can track your request there.

If you no longer have access to your account, write to info@option-web.ch, with the subject "Option AI — deletion of social connection data". Provide your Option AI account email address, the relevant site, the network, and the public name of the account to be processed. Do not send any passwords, tokens, authorization codes, or copies of ID in this first message.

We verify identity and scope proportionally, confirm receipt, and then indicate which data has been erased and any applicable retention obligations. We do not promise the immediate deletion of copies held by providers or in backups. Closing an account and canceling a subscription are distinct processes.
